Financial Teammate

• Team Sponsor —major contributor: Large corporate or individual contributor who is shown as a sponsor on all Foundation collateral information and all events hosted by our foundation (Sponsorship packages are available)
• MVP—$5,000 and up: Recognized as a MVP and if interested, is invited to participate in the Foundation’s decision making and management as a member of the advisory board or committees
• Founding Member—$2,500: Provides capital and possibly input to help launch foundation and is shown as a founding member on collateral material
• Assistant Coach—$500 per player sponsored: Has the option to provide funds to support one child for one year or to contribute to general fund. The recipient child and his or her sport(s) can be identified, if donor wishes to follow the player he or she is ‘coaching’
• Teammate: any contribution of funds or services is welcomed
