Put a complete team on the field that has no fees, free equipment and uniforms, medical support and transportation support. Teams will compete in a sport of your designation.

  • MVP - $2,500 and up

You or your business will be shown as a major supporter on all Kids Play USA Foundation collateral materials, videos and website.

  • Sponsor a Kid for a Sports Year - $1,200

Put one child on the playing field fully equipped for one full year — includes two seasons and summer. Sports preferences accepted. Player Sponsor Plaque.

  • Sponsor a Kid for a Season - $600

Put one child on the playing field fully equipped for one full season. Sports preferences accepted. Player Sponsor Plaque.

  • Support a Kid for 2015 Spring/Summer Programs - $250

Contribute to the general fund. Your contribution will be used to put children on the playing field. Kids Play USA Coach’s Cap & Certificate.

  • Coach - $100

Contribute to the general fund. Your contribution will be used to put children on the playing field. Kids Play USA Assistant Coach’s Certificate.

  • Teammate - Gift Amount of Your Choice
