Put a complete team on the field that has no fees, free equipment and uniforms, medical support and transportation support. Teams will compete in a sport of your designation.
- MVP - $2,500 and up
You or your business will be shown as a major supporter on all Kids Play USA Foundation collateral materials, videos and website.
- Sponsor a Kid for a Sports Year - $1,200
Put one child on the playing field fully equipped for one full year — includes two seasons and summer. Sports preferences accepted. Player Sponsor Plaque.

- Support a Kid for 2015 Spring/Summer Programs - $250
